One
of the goals of the Manifesto is to expose its readers to music and
bands that they may have never experienced. Once a month I will
be posting a playlist for your listening enjoyment. Files will
only be posted for a very limited time, so catch ‘em while they’re
hot.

A
podcast is basically an online radio show. Here's an example of
how it works: Let's say I record a new show about every week. You
can download a program like iPodder
and every time I put up a new show it will automatically be downloaded
to your computer. You can then either listen to it on your computer
(you don't have to have an iPod), or if you have an mp3 player hooked
up you can have the show updated right to it. There are a few podcasts
that I listen to regularly (find a list of podcasts at podcastalley.com).
I just plug their info into iPodder and I can check for updates
whenever I like.
